AMERICAN CIVIL LIBERTIES UNION

The ACLU is against the death penalty based upon the fact that they find it "unfair and unjustifiable."  Their page on the death penalty is kept well-updated with the latest news on the death penalty from across the United States.  Additionally, they examine different aspects of the death penalty, from juvenile executions, to the execution of people with mental retardation, to the feasibility of a moratorium.
